Nowadays, women are becoming more active, and ALEX has decided to increase the number of female staff, giving up on the ADs in the AV field who tend to quit quickly due to the increase in masochist men. First, we approached a video vocational school and held an on-site training session that also served as a tour. The students were rushed to the AV scene with expectations and anxiety... 女性の活躍が目立つ昨今、どM男ばかりが増えてすぐに辞めてしまうAV現場のADたちに見切りをつけて、ALEXは女性スタッフを大量増員することを決定。まずは映像系専門学校に声をかけて見学会を兼ねた現場研修会を開催。期待と不安を抱きつつAVの現場へ駆り出された生徒達…徹底的に教育指導をするべく卑猥な実習を開始した。

여성의 활약이 눈에 띄는 요즘, 어느 M남자만이 늘어나자마자 그만두고 버리는 AV 현장의 AD들에게 간절히 바꾸고, ALEX는 여성 스탭을 대량 증원하는 것을 결정. 우선은 영상계 전문학교에 말을 걸어 견학회를 겸한 현장 연수회를 개최. 기대와 불안을 안고 AV의 현장에 나선 학생들… 철저히 교육지도를 하기 위해 비추한 실습을 시작했다.
