DESCRIPTION
Yuzu, a patient who visited the clinic without having the urge to defecate for a week. The nurse in charge of the examination can't hide her interest in Yuzu's body and carefully palpates her nipples, genitals, and anus. First, try an enema using lukewarm water using a 200cc cylinder enema device. A simple toilet bowl will be prepared because the nurse will check the anus when defecating. What was discharged from Yuzu's anus was cloudy hot water and several small pieces of feces. Next, in order to check the condition inside the rectum, the director inserts his finger into the anus and performs an internal examination. 一週間も便意が無くクリニックを訪れた患者ゆず。診察を担当したナースは、ゆずの身体に興味が隠せず乳首・女性器・肛門を念入りに触診していく。まずは200ccのシリンダー浣腸器で、微温湯の浣腸を試みる。排泄時の肛門をナースが確認するという理由で、簡易便器を用意する。ゆずの肛門から排出されたのは、濁ったお湯と数個の小さな便塊。続いて直腸内の状態を確認するため、院長が肛門に指を挿入して内診。続けて肛門ブジーを使って、肛門括約筋をほぐしていく。直腸内部に便があるか確認するために、深さ20cmの直腸鏡を肛門に挿入。その後、500ccのイルリガートルを使って、腸内に薬液を出し入れする。薬液がなかなか汚れないので、奥で便が固まっている可能性が高いようだ。腸内に薬液を残したまま、紙おむつを着用させて排泄させる。最終手段として、婦人科内診台に座らせ、大量の微温湯での高圧浣腸を繰り返し便塊を柔らかくする。浣腸排泄を繰り返すと排泄する微温湯が茶色く濁りはじめる。詰まっていた便塊が、猛烈な勢いで肛門から噴出する。
일주일도 편의가 없이 클리닉을 방문한 환자 유자. 진찰을 담당한 간호사는 유자의 신체에 흥미가 숨기지 않고 젖꼭지·여성기·항문을 염두에 촉진해 간다. 우선은 200cc의 실린더 관장기로, 미온탕의 관장을 시도한다. 배설시 항문을 간호사가 확인한다는 이유로 간이변기를 준비한다. 유자의 항문에서 배출된 것은 흐린 물과 몇 개의 작은 변괴. 이어 직장 내의 상태를 확인하기 위해 원장이 항문에 손가락을 삽입하여 내진. 이어 항문 부지를 사용하여 항문 괄약근을 풀어 간다. 직장 내부에 대변이 있는지 확인하기 위해 깊이 20cm의 직장경을 항문에 삽입. 그 후 500cc의 일리 가틀을 사용하여 장내에 약액을 출입한다. 약액이 좀 더러워지지 않기 때문에 안쪽에서 대변이 굳어 있을 가능성이 높은 것 같다. 장내에 약액을 남긴 채로 종이 기저귀를 착용시켜 배설시킨다. 최종 수단으로서 부인과 내진대에 앉히고, 대량의 미온탕에서의 고압 관장을 반복하여 변괴를 부드럽게 한다. 관장 배설을 반복하면 배설하는 미온탕이 갈색으로 흐려지기 시작한다. 막혀 있던 변괴가 맹렬한 기세로 항문에서 분출한다.
