DESCRIPTION
Two nurses, Hibiki and Iori, are undergoing training in intestinal cleansing. As a preliminary examination for intestinal cleansing, the condition of Iori's intestines is examined. When Kyouzuki presses on her lower abdomen, nurse Iori feels the urge to urinate due to pressure stimulation on her bladder. With a wide-mouthed glass urinal in hand, Hibiki collects Iori's pee. Immediately after changing the role of patient, Hibizuki felt the urge to urinate, so we used a urinal to collect urine as well. Hibizuki feels sexual after urinating and cleaning her genitals and anus with a cotton ball. Hibiki tries to suppress the sexual reaction caused by Iori's rectal palpation, but once again her urge to urinate reaches its limit.
腸洗浄の実習を受けることになった2人のナース、響月（ひびき）と衣織（いおり）。腸洗浄の事前検査として、衣織の腸の状態を診察する。響月が下腹部を押すと膀胱への圧迫刺激で尿意を催すナース衣織。広口のガラス尿器を手に、響月が衣織のオシッコを採取する。患者役を交代して直ぐに響月が尿意を催したので、同様に尿器での採尿を行う。排尿後の綿球による女性器と肛門の清拭で、性的に感じてしまう響月。衣織の指での直腸触診による性感反応を抑える響月だが、またしても尿意が限界に達する。
장 세척의 실습을 받게 된 2명의 간호사, 히비키츠키(히비키)와 의직(오오리). 장 세정의 사전 검사로서, 의직의 장의 상태를 진찰한다. 히비키츠키가 하복부를 누르면 방광에의 압박 자극으로 요의를 개최하는 간호사 의직. 넓은 입의 유리 요기를 손에 들고, 히비키츠키가 의직의 오시코를 채취한다. 환자역을 교대로 곧바로 히비키츠키가 요의를 개최했기 때문에, 마찬가지로 요기로의 채뇨를 실시한다. 배뇨 후의 면구에 의한 여성기와 항문의 청닦으로, 성적으로 느껴 버리는 히비키츠키. 의직 손가락으로의 직장촉진에 의한 성감반응을 억제하는 히비즈키이지만, 다시 한번 요의가 한계에 이른다.
